Fair, simple refunds

Before we start designing

Cancel any time before we begin work on your invitation for a full refund.

After the first version

Once the first version of your invitation has been delivered, the order is non-refundable — but we keep refining it, with unlimited edits, until you are happy.

If something goes wrong

If we cannot deliver your invitation within the promised time, or a technical fault on our side stops it working and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. To ask for one, write to with your order number.
