Apt 3B, 88 Alder Street

After two years of open houses, one very tiny flat and a lot of paint samples, we finally have a home with a garden, a porch swing and room for everyone we love. Come and see it, eat too much and help us make it feel lived in.

The grand tour
Tap a room to switch on the light and see what’s happening there.
Leave your coat up here — Mango the cat will guard it with her life.
Borrow a book, leave a book: our little lending shelf is open.
Too much chai? The guest room is made up (around the last few boxes).
Sam’s jollof, Priya’s masala chai and something sparkling on ice.
Board games, the record player and the comfiest sofa in Portland.
Fire pit, string lights and s’mores once the sun goes down.

How we got here
Open the boxes — every one has a memory inside.
What to wear
Come comfy — it’s a shoes-off house, so wear your best socks.
Saturday to-do
Shoes off, slippers provided, Biscuit says hello.
Every room, every cupboard, every questionable paint choice.
Sam on the grill, veggie options galore.
Blankets, guitars and stories until late.

The kettle’s on!
Your reply has reached Priya & Sam. Biscuit is already waiting by the door.
Please don’t bring gifts — we have run out of cupboards. If you insist, a plant for the garden would make us very happy.
